Our Longevity Class is designed for adults 50+ who want safe, effective strength training in a supportive environment right here in Durham. Backed by the growing body of research showing that strength training is one of the most powerful tools for preserving muscle mass, improving bone density, and maintaining independence as we age, this class focuses on proper form, balance, and mobility every step of the way.
How It Works
Whether you’re new to fitness or looking for a smarter, low-impact way to stay strong, our experienced coaches guide you through each session at your own pace—making this an ideal option for anyone searching for fitness classes for seniors or beginner strength training over 50. Classes meet at 1:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, making it easy to stay consistent.
