In Teams of 3

AMRAP in 12 min

As Many rounds of 3 Clusters/3 Burpees as possible.  One Partner will be running a 200 meters.  One partner rests.  Alternate every time the runner re-enters the gym.

As Rounds of 3 Snatches/3 Overhead Squats as possible.  One Partner will be rowing 250 meters.  One partner rests.  Alternate every time the rower finishes.

AMRAP in 12 min

As rounds of 6 Pullups/6 pushups as possible.  One Partner will be completing 25 abmat sit-ups.  One partner rests.  Alternate every time the abmats are completed.
