In Teams of 2:

AMRAP in 8 Minutes:

Accumulate as many Wall Balls as possible.  One partner works at a time.

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 20 Minutes – partners alternating working full minutes

8 Thrusters (95/65)

8 Burpees onto a Plate

8 Overhead Lunges (with a plate)

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 6 Minutes

Max Distance Farmer Carry

One partner carries at a time.  If weight is put down, both partners do 10 air squats.
