In Teams of 2:

AMRAP in 6 Minutes:

Power Cleans

Partner 1 does 1, Partner 2 does 1, Partner 1 does 2, Partner 2 does 2, then 3 for each, then 4 for each, etc.

Rest 1 Minute

AMRAP in 10 Minutes

Partner 1 does 20 Slam balls.  Partner 2 does 20 Wall Balls.  Switch when both partners are done.

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 12 Minutes (Relay Style)

5 Burpees

7 Box Jumps

10 Abmat Situps
