SKILL – Rings

STRENGTH – Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5

Work at 70% of your 1 rep max.

In between sets, perform 5 strict pull-ups.

METCON –

3 Rounds (3:00 work/1:00 rest)

12 Slam Balls

9 Box Jumps

6 Toes to Bar

(RX plus is 12 of each exercise, only scale up if you can move through toes to bar easily)
