SKILL – Clean and Jerk

STRENGTH – Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes

1st 4 minutes – 3 clean and jerks

2nd 4 minutes – 2 clean and jerks

3rd 4 minutes – 1 clean and jerk

Get heavier every time the reps go down.

METCON – 3 Rounds (3:00 work/1:00 rest)

Run 200 meters

7 Burpees

As many clean and jerks as possible in remaining time.
