AMRAP in 6 Minutes

Thrusters

Partner 1 does 1,  Partner 2 does 2,  Partner 1 does 3, etc.

Rest 1 Minute

AMRAP in 12 Minutes 

15 Kettlebell Swings

15 Slam Balls

15 Burpees 

Divide any way you want.  

Rest 3 Minutes

10 Rounds

200 meter run

5 Pushups

Teammates will alternate rounds.  Score for the entire workout is time in the last workout.  Every Thruster completed reduces run time by 2 seconds.  Every round of the AMRAP reduces run time by 30 seconds.
