SKILL – Split Jerk

STRENGTH – Work up to a 1 rep max for the day.

METCON- AMRAP in 7 Minutes:

7 Shoulder to Overhead

7 Burpees

Rest 2 Minutes

Find a max set of unbroken Wall Balls.

Level 1 – 135/95, Burpee pullups

Level 2 – 115/85, burpees over the bar

Level 3 – 75/55, regular burpees

Level 4 – DB Shoulder to overhead
