SKILL – Snatch/Snatch Transfer Exercises

STRENGTH – Snatch

Work up to a heavy/moderate rep.

METCON –

Death By Thruster (95/65)

Minute 1 – 1 Thruster

Minute 2 – 2 Thrusters

Minute 3 – 3 Thrusters

Continue until you cannot complete the amount of Thrusters in the minute.  Continue with 5 Thrusters every minute until the final person busts.
