Front Squat 1 set of 5 at 60%, 1 set of 5 at 65%, 1 set of 5 at 70%, 1 set of 5 at 75%.

 

METCON –

AMRAP in 8 Minutes

3 Pullups

6 Pushups

9 Air Squats

Every minute on the minute do 5 Thrusters (95/65).
