SKILL – Kipping

STRENGTH – Push Press

Work up to a 3 rep max.  Then do 2 sets of 3 at 90% of that number.

METCON – 4 Rounds (3:00 work/1:00 rest)

10 Burpees

Run 200 meters

As many thrusters as possible in remaining time.

LEVEL 1 – 135/95, LEVEL 2 – 95/65, LEVEL 3 75/55

Burpees may be reduced to 8 for a different level as well.
