STRENGTH – Snatch

8 Rounds

1 Snatch Pull

(Lower to Ground but do not let the weight settle)

1 Full Snatch (if you power snatch, finish with an overhead squat)

METCON –

AMRAP in 6 Minutes:

5 Snatches (if possible 135/95)

Row 250 meters

Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 6 Minutes:

4 Burpees over the bar

2 Power Cleans (185/135)
