SKILL – Kipping/Pull-ups

STRENGTH – Push Press

3 sets of 5 (working at 90% of your 5 rep max).  If you don’t have a 5 rep max, work up to a 5 rep max and do 2 sets of 5 at 90%.

METCON – 4 Rounds

20 Box Jump Overs

15 Thrusters

10 Pull-ups
