Partners
Each partner set will need one barbell, one set 10 lb weights, one set 15 lb weights, one set 25 lb weights, and one set 45 lb weights.
1st 6 mins: One Partner runs 400 m with 10 lb weight, while other Partner does AMRAP Shoulder to overhead with Barbell.  Partners switch after run.
2nd 6 mins: One partner runs 400 m with 15 lb weight, while other Partner does AMRAP Thurster with Barbell plus 10 pound weights. Partners switch after run.
3rd 6 min: One partner runs 400 m with 25 lb, while other Partner does AMRAP Hang Power Cleans with 10s and 15s added to barbell.   Partners switch after run.
4th 6 min:  One partner runs 400 m with 45 lb, while other Partner does AMRAP front Squats with 10s, 15s, and 25s added to the bar.  Partners switch after run.
5th 6 min:  One partner runs 400 m unweighted, while other Partner does AMRAP of deadlifts with 10s, 15s, 25s, and 45s added to the bar.  Partners switch after run.
Score is total reps in all 5 movements.
