REMEMBER THAT THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED THIS SATURDAY FOR THE CROSSFIT TOTAL!  YOU ARE ALL INVITED TO PARTICIPATE.  WE WILL BE MEETING DOWNTOWN AT CROSSFIT DURHAM.  IT IS A FUN AND INFORMAL WAY TO TEST YOUR STRENGTH!  LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
