METCON –

Run 800 meters/Row 1000 meters

80 Abmat Situps

60 Kettlebell Swings

40 Goblet lunges (with KB)

20 Burpees

Row 1000 meters/Run 800 meters

Half the class will start with the row and half the class will start with the run.
