STRENGTH – Bench Press 2-2-2-2-2

Work at 90-95% of your 1 rep max.  MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING SPOTTERS.

METCON –

5 Rounds (2:00 work/1:00 rest)

3 Thrusters (135/95)  – go as heavy as possible

6 burpees over the bar

9 abmat situps (scale up to toes to bar)
