In Teams of 3:

AMRAP in 6 Minutes:

One Partner does Front Squats (135/95), One Partner holds the bottom of a squat, one partner rests.  Switch as often as you need.

[REST 2 Minutes]

AMRAP in 15 Minutes:

One Partner runs a 200 meters, One partner works on the below sequence, One partner rests:

15 Wall Balls

10 Box Jumps

5 Pullups

[REST 2 Minutes]

AMRAP in 12 Minutes – Relay Style (1 person at a time)

Sprint 100 meters

5 power cleans

5 burpees over the bar
