Pushups/Hanstand Push-ups.  Pick a number and stay as consistent as possible.

STRENGTH – Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

Work at 85% of your 1 rep max.


3 rounds (3:00 work/1:00 rest)

Run 200 meters

10 Box Jumps (as high as possible)

As many Clusters as possible in remaining time (135/95).
