SKILL – Handstands

STRENGTH – Push Press 20-15-10-5

Attempt to increase weight each round and go unbroken through all rounds.  We will start each set together.  Each set will start 4 minutes after the previous set.

METCON – AMRAP in 12 Minutes:

5 Thrusters (115/85) – go heavier if possible

10 Box Jumps

15 Abmat Situps
