STRENGTH – Bench Press 5 sets of 3

Work at 80% of your 1 rep max.

METCON – 4 Rounds (3:00 work/1:00 rest)

Each rounds starts with a 200 meter run.  In the remaining time, complete as many rounds of the following as possible:

10 Hang Power Snatches

20 Double Unders

Level 1 – 115/85, 30 Double Unders

Level 2 – 95/65, 20 Double Unders

Level 3 – 75/55, 5 double under attempts, 30 single unders
