Strength: Clean (2 Power +1 Squat) – Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes

In 8 minutes:

15 Toes to Bar + 15 Burpees + 30 Jumping Lunge (15 each leg).

In the remaining time, establish a 1rm Front Squat from the ground.

No rest in between the two 8 minute rounds.
