In partners, complete the following (with half the class starting on part one and half starting on part two)
Part I:
     -4000m row (partners can switch/divide however they choose)
     -Non-rowing partner completes 3 squat (heavy) squat cleans every minute on the minute while other person is rowing
-2 min rest
Part II:
     -100 thrusters (95/65)
     -100 burpees
     -200 situps OR 100 T2B (partners divide workload how they choose)
     -Partner who is not completing the movements completes a 100m sprint every minute on the minute.
     -Partners may switch at any time
