METCON – 3 Rounds (3;00 work/3:00 rest)

10 Box Jumps

8 Front Rack Lunges

6 Handstand pushups

4 Clusters

Score is the smallest amount of rounds completed in all 3 rounds.

Level 1 – 30/24 box, 185/135, Strict HSPU

Level 2 – 24/20, 155/105, HSPU

Level 3 – 24/20 (may do step ups), 115/75, Hand release pushup

Level 4 – 20/17 step ups, DB lunge, pushups, DB Thruster
