SKILL – Ring Dips

STRENGTH – Front Squat 6 sets of 3

Work at 75% of your 1 rep max.

In between sets, perform 3-5 ring dips using the scale of your choice.

METCON- With a 10 Minute clock:

Perform 50 Thrusters.  Every time you break, run 100 meters.

If you have remaining time, perform an ascending ladder of Kettlebell Swings and abmat situps (3,6,9…)

Level 1 – 115/85, American Swings 70/53

Level 2 – 95/65, American Swings 53/35

Level 3 – 75/55, Russian Swings 44/25

Level 4 – Dumbbell Thrusters, Russian Swings 35/18
