SKILL – Double Unders

STRENGTH – Back Squat

1 set of 5 at 60%

1 set of 5 at 70%

2 sets of 5 at 75%

Front Squat

1 set of 5 at 65%

1 set of 5 at 70%

1 set of 5 at 75%

METCON –

150 Kettlebell Swings for time.  Either do a heavy weight or do American swings.  Every time you put the kettlebell down, perform 5 burpees before picking up the kettlebell.

CASH OUT –

As many double unders as you can do in 2 minutes.
