All new members are strongly encouraged to attend our Try Us For Free before registering. We will invite you to one of our regularly scheduled classes and help you scale the workout to your current fitness level. You will be able to see, and feel, a workout and get a taste of what training with us will be like.
New members begin with our Foundations Course, a month-long 8 session Course designed to get new participants up to speed on our common movements, terminology, and Community culture. Our process is guaranteed to ease your transition into CrossFit training and ensure that you have the best opportunity for success.
