Partner 1 Rows 250/Partner 2 runs 200 (both have to finish to move on)

30 abmat situps (both partners complete at the same time)

Partner 2 Rows 250/Partner 1 runs 200 (both finish)

15 Box Jumps

REST 2 MINUTES

AMRAP in 8 Minutes

24 Pushups

12 Burpee

5 pull-ups (or 1 rope climb)
