Pork Tenderloin With Lightly Seared Strawberries

This recipe was SO GOOD I couldn’t wait until Sunday to post it.  Although I don’t usually like recipes with instructions like, “heat the oil until it is almost smoking” (huh?), this recipe was well worth it.  It’s a great one to serve when you have company, but you might want to practice it one time first – the sauce goes from runny to unusable pretty fast so be careful not to overcook it!
