METCON – AMRAP in 12 Minutes:

12 Toes to Bar

Every 2 Minutes (starting at 3,2,1 go) perform 3 Deadlifts.

Level 1 – Deadlift 275/185

Level 2 – Deadlift 225/155

Level 3 – Deadlift 155/105, Scale to Knees up, Wall Ball 14/10

Level 4 – KB Deadlift (70/53), Abmat situps, Wall Ball 12/10
