Level 1 – Handstand Pushups, Hang Cleans at 95/65, D-Ball over the shoulder

Level 2 – Pushups, Hang Cleans at 75/55, Slam balls 40/30

Level 3 – Pushups (scale as needed), Hang Cleans at 65/45, Slam Balls 30/20

Level 4 – Scales Pushups, Kettlebell Swings (44/25), Slam Balls (25/15)
