Level 1 – 20/15 Calories on Bike, 120/80 ball over shoulder, 30/24 burpee box jumps, 135/95 thrusters

Level 2 -15/10 Calories, 35/25 slam balls, 24/20 burpee box jumps (must jump), 95/65 thrusters

Level 3 – 12/8 Calories, 25/20 slam balls, 17 inch Burpee step ups, 75/55 thrusters

Level 4 – 10/6 Calories, 20/15 slam balls, 17 inch Burpee step ups, Dumbbell thrusters (15/10)
