SKILL – KB Swings/Push Press Form

STRENGTH – Push Press

Work up to an 8 rep max.  Then do two more sets of 8 after taking 5% off and 10% off the bar.

METCON-

30 Kettlebell Swings (52/35)

15 Thrusters (115/75)

Run 400 meters

15 Kettlebell Swings

30 Thrusters

(You can start with either Thrusters or KB Swings/you will do 15 of each exercise and 30 of each).
