STRENGTH – Work up to a heavy Curtis P for the day.

METCON –

50 Double Unders

40 Sandbag/Slam Ball shoulder and squat

30 Abmat situps

20 Lunges (20 each leg)

10 Chest to Bar Pullups

20 Lunges (each leg)

30 Abmat Situps

40 Sandbag/Slam Ball shoulder and Squat

50 Double Unders

Rest 3 Minutes

Hold a barbell overhead for max time.  (135/95)
