Week for of our Dips and Pull-ups. Apply week 4 to the chart from your test week numbers and get after it. Not super sexy, but effective, keep building that strength base.
For the metcon, you SHOULD get some rest lol. If you find that you are not getting any rest, scale the run or the Weighted DB Step-overs.
