In Teams of 3:

AMRAP in 17 Minutes:

Partner 1 – 250 meter row

Partner 2 – Full snatch

Partner 3 – rest

REST 2 minutes

AMRAP in 13 Minutes:

15 Wall Balls

15 Slam Balls

15 Abmat Situps

Each partner works on one.  Switch when everyone has completed

Rest 2 minutes

100 meter relay

Each partner completes 12 100 meter sprints.  Alternate with partners.
