STRENGTH – Back Squat

Work up to a heavy set of 5.  Try to beat your last 5 rep max.


Tabata (8 rounds of :20/:10 rest at each station)

Overhead Squats (75/55)

Double Unders

Overhead Lunge (75/55) (sub Handstand Push-ups if you want to work on those)

Box Jump

You will do all 8 rounds at one station and then switch stations.
