STRENGTH – Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5

Work at 70% of your 1 Rep max.

METCON –

AMRAP in 12 Minutes:

5 Pushups (scale up to plyo pushups or Handstand pushups)

10 Slam Balls

20 Double Unders

Every 3 minutes perform 3 cleans (155/105).  The workout will start with 3 cleans.
