STRENGTH – Deadlift

Increase weight as long as form stays consistent.

METCON –

AMRAP in 5 Minutes:

5 Front Squats

10 Bar over burpees

Rest 1 minute

AMRAP in 5 Minutes:

5 Handstand Pushups (scale to feet on a box, rings, wall walks (3))

10 Slam Balls
