In teams of 2:

7 minutes: (warmup)
-max effort burpees, jump to a plate

2 min rest

7 minutes:
-max load ground to overhead. Score is reps x weight. Can clean and jerk or snatch.

2 min rest

7 minutes: partners alternate every movement
-40 double unders
-30 sit-ups
-20 box jumps

2 min rest

For time, you and your partner will complete a 1 mile run as fast as possible, dividing the workload however you want. For ex, 2 x 800, 4 x 400, 8 x 200, 16 x 100, etc. Strategize as you choose 🙂
