In teams of 2:

In 5 Minutes:

Work up to a 5 rep max front squat.  One partner works at a time.

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP in 14 Minutes:

7 Thrusters

7 Burpees

One partner works at a time.  Partners must switch every minute.

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP in 10 Minutes

10 Abmat Situps

20 Double Unders (40 Single Unders)

Partner 1 will run 200 meters while partner 2 completes as many rounds as possible.  Switch every time the runner returns.
