With a partner:

In 11 Minutes:

Complete 100 burpees (one person working at a time)

In remaining time, alternate full rounds of:

10 Front Squats

10 Calories on the rower


in 20 Minutes:

Max rounds of “DT” (12 deadlifts, 9 hang cleans, 6 shoulder to overhead)

Partner will be running 200 meters.  Switch every time partner finishes.


In 17 Minutes (divide any way):

12 Pullups

31 Wall Balls

16 Box Jumps
