In 3 Person Teams:
As many Bear Complexes as possible in 30 minutes. Each bear complex will consist of a power clean, a front squat, a shoulder to overhead, a back squat and a final shoulder to overhead.
Partner 1 will begin on Bear Complexes. Partner 2 will be running 400 m. Partner 3 will be resting. When Partner 2 returns from running, that person will begin bear complexes. Partner 3 will begin the run. Partner 1 will move to rest station.
