With a Partner (12/24/16):

16 Minutes:

15/10 Calories on the rower

2 rounds of Cindy (5 pullups/10 pushups/15 air squats)

Partners will work at the same time and switch when both have finished.


6 Minutes

Accumulate as many shoulder to overheads as possible.  Partner must be holding the bottom of a front squat.


12 Minutes:

10 Burpee Box Jumps

15 Power Cleans

20 Wall Balls
