STRENGTH – Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2

Increase weight over all five rounds (work up to a heavy 2).  Focus on holding the bar through both phases of the deadlift.

METCON – AMRAP in 8 Minutes

Ascending Ladder

1 KB Swing

1 Wall Ball

2 KB Swings

2 Wall Balls

3, 3 and 4, 4, etc.
