SKILL – Cleans – work on touch and go

STRENGTH – Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:

0-4 minutes – Power Clean

4-8 minutes – Full Cleans

8-12 – Split Jerk

12-20 – Clean and Jerk

(increase weight as long as you are comfortable, weight can only move up.  Don’t decrease the weight)
