It Ain’t Easy

In 3 person teams:

200 Pushups

200 Lunges

200 Wall Balls

200 Situps

200 Slam Balls

One partner will work on the exercises at a time while partner 2 runs 200 meters.  Partner 3 is resting.  When Partner 2 completes the run, he/she will take over for partner 1 and partner 1 will rest.  Partner 3 will go from rest to the run.  Continue until all reps are completed.
