SKILL – Snatch

STRENGTH – Every Minute on the minute for 15 Minutes:

1 Snatch (increase weight every 5 minutes by 10 lbs)

Start with a lower percentage and work up to 85%.

METCON – For time:

50 Hang Power Snatches

Every time you drop the bar, perform 10 toes to bar.

Rest 1 -3 minutes.

Row 1k for time (ALL OUT!)

Level 1 – 115/85

Level 2 – 95/65

Level 3 – 75/55

Level 4 РComplete 100 Kettlebell Swings.  Every time you drop the KB, perform 15 abmat situps.
