Teams of 4

AMRAP in 17 Minutes:

Partner 1 and Partner 2 – Complete as many Clean and Jerks as possible

Partner 3 – Hold a plank

Partner 4 – Run 200 meters

When Partner 4 finishes the run, Partners 1 and 2 start plank and run.  Partners 3 and 4 begin Clean and Jerks.  Alternate who does the plank and who does the run each round.

3 min rest

AMRAP in 15 Minutes

Partner 1 – 10 burpees

Partner 2 – 15 sit ups

Partner 3 – 10 over the shoulders

Partner 4 – rest

Rotate after all partners finish their movements.
