SKILL – Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes:

Even – Goat 1

Odd – Goat 2

STRENGTH – 5 sets of 1 at 80% of your 1 rep max.

Warm up and make each rep perfect.  Focus on keeping back flat.

METCON –

7 Rounds

15 Air Squats

10 Shoulder to Overhead (heaviest you can go and be unbroken)

5 Pullups (Scale to chest to bar/bar muscle up/ring muscle up)

Sprint 100 meters

Rest 30 seconds
